Head to Ta Phrom to be amongst the first ones to enter this iconic temple. Known for Lara Crofts Tomb Raider movie (early 2000’s), and the massive tree roots that have intertwined with the ancient stone ruins, it’s a temple unlike any other.
Ta Prohm has been left in much of its natural state, with towering silk-cotton and fig trees growing through the walls and courtyards. It gives the temple a mysterious, almost otherworldly feel.
Its tranquil atmosphere make it one of the most photogenic and captivating spots in Angkor.
