Wine bars are very common in the city of Copenhagen. Lundgren VIP is both a wine and tapas restaurant with a special concept: they have more than 200 different high-class wines from all over the world and you only pay for what you pour into the glass yourself. You start by telling the waiters which wine you like. Then they bring you a few bottles to your liking. The bottles have a marker indicating the current level. When you leave, you only pay for the number of centiliters you drank yourself. Interesting!
