I went for dinner at Alfalfa one Friday evening, near the center of Leuven. It's a super cute little restaurant with a well-designed interior and tremendously friendly staff! With an extensive drink menu, it was already off to a good start ;)
They operate on a sharing concept, offering a variety of creative dishes to share. While the dinner menu isn't extensive, don't let that deter you. The flavor combinations are exceptional, and there are vegetarian options available as well.
