Winelovers, this one is for you! You can’t skip a wine tasting when in Puglia, so book one at Castel Di Salve if you’re around. The tour takes you from the cellars, to the vineyard and eventually to the tasting room. Delicious wines and the property has kind of a ‘zorro’ feeling 😉
