As a visitor (so non-hotel guests), you can book a private wine tasting here. Included: 5 wines, a very extensive explanation, beautiful setting and some local bites. Really liked this experience! We went for the "Sicilian Autochtones" tasting so we could taste the difference between all of the Tasca-wines on the island. One of them was produced in Capofaro. Cheers!
