Raco del Frare - Spain
This walk of almost 8 km and 250 metres altitude in the Paraje Natural Municipal del Racó del Frare (Spain) is a spectacular trail in a rocky landscape full of ancient olive trees, almond trees, holm oaks and gall oaks. In summer it is very hot and there is hardly any shade. At the back of the valley, you can constantly see the mighty rock "Raco del Frare". Be well prepared with sun protection and plenty of water! In spring or autumn, the hike is probably more pleasant.
