This hotel takes the all-in formula at heart: sunrise safari, breakfast (buffet or à la carte), lunch (à la carte), high tea at 4pm, sunset safari including a sundowner in the bush with cocktails and snacks and a 3-course dinner (à la carte). The service of the team is just as exquisit as you can imagine: handing over an umbrella when it rains, closing your curtains when you're on a sunset safari, etc. This was by far our best hospitality experience ever!
