Kuang Si waterfall, located in northern Laos, is a three-level waterfall and a must visit if you are in Luang Prabang. Hidden in the lush green jungle, it is one of the most beautiful places in Laos and ideal for a (half) day trip. Taking a dip in one of the turquoise pools is also the perfect escape from the hot city center.
If you are comfortable driving yourself, riding the route to the waterfall on a motorcycle is a must see in itself and worth taking the time to do.
The entrance fee is 20,000 kip. There is a restaurant and several changing rooms are available.
