Innovative chef Sander Spreeuwers created a fusion kitchen: a classic base with some foreign influences in a contemporary and classy setting. I really liked that there was enough space between the tables to create an intimate atmosphere. You can choose between a 4 or 5-course dinner or order à la carte dishes. We opted for the 5-course dinner and every dish was an exquisite gastronomic experience.
