One of the most picturesque beaches that I have ever seen can be found in Tangalle. It’s called Silent Beach.
It’s not a beach where one would go for swimming but it is a place to sit back and relax, walk or just enjoy the stunning view with its palmtrees.
Other picturesque beaches that you can visit in Tangalle are Jungle Beach and Paradise Beach.
If you’re looking to swim somewhere: the beaches of Paraiwella, Mawella and Blue Beach Island are ideal.
