Hike to Penang Hill

While most people take the cable car up Penang Hill, we’ve decided to hike there. It takes approximately 2,5 hours to ascend to the top station. Prepare yourself with good hiking shoes, and plenty of water. As it is only uphill with lots and lots of stairs, it’s quite exhausting to be honest. But we did it and are very proud of our kids to endure this hike. On the way there you’ll encounter some wildlife like monkeys and birds. At the top there is plenty of entertainment, it seems like a whole village with restaurants, musea, and viewpoints over the island. Which makes it all worth it.
