The Mirador del Embalse de Canales lies in the heart of Spain’s majestic Sierra Nevada National Park. It's a scenic viewpoint with a view of the reservoir below. It's surrounded by rugged mountains which turn pink when the sun sets. Very spectacular!
The serpentine roads to this location are endless. The anticipation builds with each turn revealing more of the view. It's also a photographer's dream! The silhouettes of the Sierra Nevada mountains get mirrored in the water, there's a building in the middle of the reservoir which is great for drone-shots.
