Panoramic winter hike in Brunni Alpthal

Snow, panoramic views and colourful sunsets. This winter hike in Brunni Alpthal (Switzerland) is a tough but achievable trek for a real winter experience in the mountains. 🏔️ We made this hike during a beautiful winter period in Switzerland. Can’t get enough of those white trees, right? ;) Thanks to the cold weather and several snowfalls, the snow lay nicely on the trees. The hike was 16 km with 800 altitude metres. A constant during this hike, is the imposing Grosse Mythen mountain (1898m). This is one of Zurich's local mountains and it dominates the landscape in the Brunni-Alpthal area.
