Caminito del Rey is a spectacular hiking trail in the province of Málaga. In a part of the trail you walk on a narrow path above a gorge, sometimes about 400 meters above the ground.
The hiking trail is easy and suitable for all people. The trail is around 7,7km. The Caminito itself is around 2.9 km and you walk along a path consisting of a narrow planks. It's a guided tour with a lot of stops to take pictures. With these stops, the tour lasts about 2,5 hours. At the end you can take a shuttle bus that will take you back to the start point. This transfer takes about 20 minutes.
Tip: make sure you book your ticket in advance, because shortly before the desired date tickets are often sold out. Also, be on time!
