Looking for a bit of sun after a cold winter period, we chose Malta as a vaction destination during the Easter holidays. I wasn’t sure what to expect from this unknown Mediterranean island. Frankly, I was only hoping for sunny weather. Once arrived, Malta not only fulfilled my weather expectations, but so much more. On our 7 days Malta itinerary I discovered that this destination isn’t actually an island, but an archipelago that consists of several islands. Malta, one of the smallest countries in the world, has a rich history that you can still experience in historical sites, as well as in its unique culture. Besides that, Malta is also the place to be for nature lovers. Passionate hikers and landscape photographers will be blown away by this versatile country.
