This viewpoint in Nong Khiaw in the North of Laos, is a 1-2 hour trek to the top of Pha Daeng Peak. The hike starts through fields and goes up through the jungle forest.
Once you reach the top, you get rewarded with incredible views above the clouds and the Nam Ou River below. There's a shelter on the top with a seating area to catch your breath.
The trail can be a little muddy or slippery, so closed shoes with grip are a must.
