Rouen is the historical capital of Normandy and a must when you're visiting the region. It's quite big so you can easily spend a full day here, strolling through historical alleys and hopping from one authentic bar/terrace to the other. The city is also known for all its antic shops ("brocantes"), the cathedral and a big astrological clock. Oh, and did you know that Disney based its decors in their parks on the houses in Rouen? Reasons enough to pay a visit! 😊
