The bay of Selong Belanak, with its white sand, calm sea, and a few simple warungs, is perfect for a day of chilling out! It's also an ideal spot to learn how to surf. We went there before sunset, as we were told that you can spot cattle there in the evenings. Two local herders walk their cows along the beach twice a day, which must be quite a sight.
Unfortunately, we didn't see them, but the sunset over this crescent-shaped bay was more than enough for us to recommend this place!
