You can enter along Grand Central Terminal. So you step from the beautiful more than 100-year-old Beaux-arts building right into the brand-new One Vanderbilt. A lightning-fast elevator takes you to the top 3 floors.
You enter a room where you are surrounded by mirrors and glass. The view of midtown and downtown Manhattan is incredible. Of course it's fun to stand on the Empire State Building once, but it's even more magical to be able to see it up close like this. It is also the only observation deck from which you can really get a good view of the Chrysler Building.
Do’s: Try to be there when the sun creates magic
There are two places where you can take a perfect picture (the view and the balloons).
Visit Grand central Station, it’s so beautiful and totally for free, look to the ceiling and search for the whispering walls.
Dont’s: where high heels, buy the pictures, it’s much better to be creative yourself
