Are you in for a spectacular seaside hike including dramatic cliffs, hundreds of seals resting on the rocks below, sand dunes and beaches with waves rolling in. We went for the middle long hike. This will take you between 1,5h - 2h, depending on how long you pause to watch the seals. 🦭
Robberg is a beautiful nature reserve located on a peninsula close to Plettenberg Bay. A perfect nature focused stop along the Garden Route.
Some practical info:
The parking lot is not that big so often the cars are already parked along the small road after the nature reserve toll gate. Make sure to close all windows of your car, there are baboons wandering the parking area. Don't forget your binoculars to spot the seals on the rocks below the cliffs you walk on.
