The hike up to Rocher du Hat is a fairly easy hike of 6 kilometers. Almost immediately after you've started, you will encounter wide landscapes with almost no one to be seen. Follow the route on your phone / map and enjoy the wonderful forests that the Ciny region has to offer. 4 kms down the path, a slight incline will lead you to the viewpoint. After that, you can choose between a road back to Ciny or you can follow the river for some extra kilometers past the Semois.
