The cute town Ortahisar in Nevşehir, Turkey 🇹🇷 It is known for its boutique hotels that are created out of old stone houses. Sivrikaya castle is the main tourist attraction, it is a rock-castle and an amazing example of the rock-cut architecture in Cappadocia 🪨
I recommend visiting this town early in the morning because it is so quiet and you get it all to yourself! There are not that many activities but the architecture alone is worth the visit.
It's also the perfect spot to stay if you are planning on taking a hot air balloon ride or if you want to visit the open air musea like Göreme.
